Hold down the Option key while clicking the new TM button. It will reveal 2 options: “Verify Backup” and “Browse Other Backup Disks”

How to change the login screen wallpaper in OS X Mavericks:
It my be strange at first but if you replace the logo with an image big as your screen, you will actually add a wallpaper to your login screen. Feel free to try as long as you save the originals (in case you want to roll back).
1. Navigate to /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/LoginUIKit.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LoginUICore.framework/Resources
2. replace apple_s1.png, apple_s1@2x.png, apple.png, apple@2x.png with whatever image you want. END!
